Opportunity for Faith Communities

Grant Cycle Sponsorship: Faith Communities are invited to fund a reparative grant cycle and participate in both our cohort-based and public reparations education programs.

With Each Grant Cycle: each year we come together with grant recipients and the Denver Black Reparations Council for fellowship and community-building.

Mutual Aid Circle

Every 6 weeks or so: Join members of Reparations Circle Denver as we assemble hygiene kits that DBRC's grantee Community Outreach Service Center provides to unhoused citizens through its Charity's House center in the Five Points neighborhood.

Orientation

With each grant cycle: periodically we provide an orientation for new members.  We explain the goals of our Circle and provide background about the movement for reparations.  New members are encouraged to connect with a 'buddy' as they deepen their commitment to reparative justice.

Annual Retreat and Reparative Grant Program Fundraiser

2025 Retreat: Reparations Circle Denver provides annual cohort-based reparations retreats for circle members.  The Path of Direct Repair retreat is nationally based and designed for white individuals who wish to take their support for reparations to the next level by investing in direct reparative change.
