Circle members make an annual contribution, participate in training sessions, educational programs and community projects and attend our quarterly membership meetings.  

Reparation Circle Denver's Leadership Team is made up of people committed to reparations with skills in fundraising, communications, events, and education. The leadership circle works to manage Reparations Circle Denver's programs and build community support for our reparative grant cycles.

Denver Reparation Circle's Fundraising & Membership Team works in collaboration with the DBRC to build the donor/member pipeline.

• Coordinates campaign work with DBRC and donors
• Does membership intake for group; answers inquiries; does outreach
• Ensures thank you letters go out timely, mails swag to donors

The communications team works in collaboration with the DBRC and The Denver Foundation to ensure that all communications reflect the combined vision and mission of the Reparations Circle Denver and the partnership with The Denver Foundation and DBRC.

• Manages mailing list and develops newsletter content in collaboration with DBRC & TDF
• Manages RCD social media posts & press-releases; engages with donors online in collaboration with DBRC & TDF
• Maintains RCD's website and assures that TDF's Denver Reparations Fund landing page is current and up to date.

The events team coordinates all regular, special, and recurring in-person and on-line meetings, in collaborations with DBRC and TDF, including:
• Quarterly fundraising campaign sessions
• Quarterly Reparations Circle Denver "Integrating Our Learning" sessions
• Quarterly DBRC presentations re: grant announcement & selection updates
• Quarterly orientation sessions for new members
• Quarterly Leadership Team sessions (Circle members & DBRC)
• Quarterly mutual aid/unhoused kit-making for donation to Black churches (Circle & DBRC)
• Annual DBRC & Leadership Circle retreat
• Annual social gathering with donors and grant recipients
