OUR PROGRAMS
Reparative Grant Cycles
Fall 2025: Reparations Circle Denver and Denver Black Reparations Council are thrilled to announce our 5th reparative grant cycle.
Opportunity for Faith Communities
Grant Cycle Sponsorship: Faith Communities are invited to fund a reparative grant cycle and participate in both our cohort-based and public reparations education programs.
Celebrations with DBRC and Grant Recipients
With Each Grant Cycle: each year we come together with grant recipients and the Denver Black Reparations Council for fellowship and community-building.
Mutual Aid Circle
Every 6 weeks or so: Join members of Reparations Circle Denver as we assemble hygiene kits that DBRC's grantee Community Outreach Service Center provides to unhoused citizens through its Charity's House center in the Five Points neighborhood.
Orientation
With each grant cycle: periodically we provide an orientation for new members. We explain the goals of our Circle and provide background about the movement for reparations. New members are encouraged to connect with a 'buddy' as they deepen their commitment to reparative justice.
Annual Retreat and Reparative Grant Program Fundraiser
2025 Retreat: Reparations Circle Denver provides annual cohort-based reparations retreats for circle members. The Path of Direct Repair retreat is nationally based and designed for white individuals who wish to take their support for reparations to the next level by investing in direct reparative change.
